A Cooking Lesson at Les Zygomates

On Wednesday, March 13th, Les Zygomates is inviting you to a preview of your next dinner party with a Food & Wine Demo. Executive Chef Guara Pimenta will walk you through a three-course dinner complete with recipes, techniques, and cooking methods tips while you enjoy the finished product. For the complete experience, Sommelier Ashley Kompass will give you the lowdown on the finer points of wine pairing, discussing her tried-and-true methods while she keeps your glass half full.
