A Bit of Italy on Beacon Hill

Clink.

The Clink. crew are getting ready to take you on a virtual vacation via Beacon Hill on Friday, July 22nd with an Italian Wine Dinner that even Stanley Tucci would adorare. Skip the security lines at Logan and reserve a spot at the restaurant inside The Liberty Hotel for a four-course journey with wine pairings around lo Stivale (the boot). Chef Daniel Kenney has some fabulous, local, in-season ingredients lined up including Caramelized Local Scallops with vin cotto, fennel pasta and herb ricotta paired with Tornatore Rosso (Sicily); and Spice Roasted Duck with brown butter gnocchi and charred orange paired with Allegrini Valpolicella (Veneto). Wine ambassador Meaghan Diggins will be on hand to lead you through each glass and to answer any questions about the vino. Dinner starts at 6:30pm for the first pour and passed bites, followed by seated courses and dessert. You can get your ticket before they sell out here; $115 per person includes all your food and wine and you must be 21+ to partake. Email the restaurant for any questions, and start brushing up on your Italian Duolingo!
