80 Thoreau’s Annual Asparagus Menu

‘Tis the season – the season for asparagus! – and you can have your fill of the springy green stalks at 80 Thoreau. From now through Saturday, May 20th, the long-standing Concord go-to will be offering a special, four-course prix fixe featuring Barrett’s Mill Farm asparagus anywhere and everywhere (except for dessert, that is). The menu, priced at $59 per person, is below for perusing so read on to see what they do with this seasonal bounty (hint: it gets grilled, made into vichyssoise and paired with other of-the-moment ingredients like snap peas and mushrooms).
