Time flies when you’re having fun, and that’s the case for chef Carolyn Johnson and her team at 80 Thoreau as they’re celebrating nearly a decade in business on Monday, April 22nd. The team has a whole host of specials lined up for the evening — order up a specialty sipper and cheers to eight years then have your fill of pasta followed by a sweet treat.
