80 Thoreau is about to become a totally Taurus tween this month as they celebrate their 12th birthday in style on Friday, April 21st. Head to Concord to raise a glass (and say congrats!) with owner Ian Calhoun and the team over a special five-course tasting menu filled with super fresh locally-sourced ingredients that are coming into season right now – Poached Scallops with Rhubarb, Mustard Seed, Pea Tendrils and Buttermilk; and Lamb Navarin Slow Roasted Shoulder with Turnips, Peas and Potatoes. There will be some special wine treats unearthed from the cellar, which will be perfect for toasting the crew as they take on the next 12 years at 80 Thoreau Street.
