Asparagus season is in full swing at Concord’s 80 Thoreau where the talented team is rolling out a special tasting menu showcasing the beloved spring veg. The four-course prix fixe, which costs $68 per person, features locally-sourced stalks in dishes like asparagus vichyssoise with shrimp toast, remoulade, radish and lemon and grilled lamb loin with merguez sausage, asparagus, black olive and mint – it even sneaks it into dessert.
