On Monday, April 11th executive chef Bill Bradley and chef de cuisine Mark Usewicz welcome chefs Bob Cina of Chez Henri, John Paine of Sorriso and Peter Sueltenfuss formerly of eat restaurant to Rustic Kitchen’s Cambridge location for Three Chefs, Three Flights, Three Degrees of Separation. The event, which has seatings at 6:00 and 8:00pm, pairs three dishes with three wines served at three different temperatures. Guests will be amazed how pairings and just a few degrees of difference can influence the taste of wines like Zenato Lugana, Terlan Lagrien Reserva and Alberto Loi Cannonau.
