From Friday, January 23rd through Sunday, January 25th oenophiles flock to the Seaport World Trade Center for the 18th annual Boston Wine Expo, the country’s biggest and best consumer wine event. Wile away the chilly winter weekend with a glass of wine – or 1800 glasses of wine – at the Grand Tasting or sign on for a seminar (exploring topics like South Africa’s Iconic Wine Estates; and Rioja & Jerez: Spain’s Wine Royalty). With two fully-equipped demo kitchens all fired up and ready to go, local chefs and some familiar faces from your favorite cooking shows will be making appearances.
