On Thursday, March 30th nearly ninety of Boston’s best restaurants host the 14th annual LifeSavor Event, Boston’s Dinner Party with a Conscience, benefiting Community Servings. The evening gets underway at 5:30pm at the Langham Hotel where guests can sip cocktails and bid on some fabulous silent auction items including lunch with Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’s Carson Kressley and cocktails with “Spenser for Hire” Author Robert B. Parker. Following the cocktail reception, parties of ten will be ushered off to intimate dinner parties at any of the participating restaurants, where guests will enjoy a multi-course, wine-paired meal highlighting the chefs’ skills and creativity. After dinner, guests can head back to the Langham where they’ll open up the award-winning Julien Bar, offering guests miniature desserts from the famed Chocolate Bar. Tickets cost $250 each, helping Community Servings continue to provide free meals to people homebound with a critical illness.
