Instead of partridges or pear trees, it’s sausages and schnitzel with Bronwyn’s 12 days of Oktoberfest. Chef Tim Wiechmann has a Bavarian menu to celebrate the beer-filled fest, available Tuesday, September 29th through Sunday, October 11th. Specialties include challah dumplings with braised greens (otherwise known as knodel) and smoked confit turkey leg (otherwise known as putenkeule). On the sudsy side, the beer list includes every brew that will be at Munich’s Oktoberfest so you can raise a stein in solidarity with German revelers.
