Consider Elm Square Oyster Co. the foil to its culinary predecessor, Brasserie 28. In the summer of 2015, chef-owner Matthew Morello’s popular Andover brasserie, which brought citified fine dining to the suburbs, underwent a transformation and emerged as a modern New England eatery with a beautiful, custom oyster bar.

The menu is fun, fresh and exciting with interpretations of New England food and drink, working closely with local fishermen, farmers, distillers and brewers to provide a unique dining experience.
