The Field & Vine folks take their farm-fresh food and drink pretty seriously while also managing to have plenty of fun while they make it all. The good food and good times move outside during the summer months when the Union Square spot opens up their adorable patio and expands their footprint so you can enjoy their award-winning fare (and craft cocktails) al fresco.

Five Horses Tavern - Somerville
Visit the original Five Horses in Davis Square once the warm weather arrives to enjoy some hearty home cooking and craft brews out on their patio. This neighborhood favorite provides a sidewalk perch where you can catch some rays and maybe a breeze or chill out in the shade.
Foundry on Elm
You can enjoy all your Foundry on Elm faves (oysters, charcuterie, craft cocktails and more) out in the fresh air at this Davis Square go-to. Make for Somerville next time the mood strikes to watch all the happenings on this bustling thoroughfare from their sidewalk seats.
Josephine
