Chef Matthew Morello, together with his lovely wife Alison Sudalter-Morello, owns and operates Morello Hospitality Group, a restaurant concept development and management company. Their current project, Brasserie 28, is the third venture since their 2005 start.
An Andover native, Morello grew up just a few miles away from Brasserie 28. Before his return to the area, Morello ran kitchens for renowned chefs and restaurants in Boston, Chicago and New York City, including Gale Gand at Tru in Chicago. His experiences as a part of the opening team taught him, at a very early stage in his career, the importance of proper planning, attention to detail and the culinary focus it takes to cook at a five star level.
His Andover restaurant is an ideal drive-to dining destination as well as an esteemed neighborhood restaurant. The restaurant philosophy is simple. "We strive for the perfect dining experience for our customers. Our respect for the craft of cooking and the passion of our team is unmatched.
