Bulgogi – Korean Beef BBQ

Ingredients
- 1 pound rib eye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons beef stock
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups glass noodles, cooked
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sweat until it's fragrant.
- Add in all the other vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Then, add in the cooked glass noodles and continue to stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add in the rest of the seasonings and mix well.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, and marinate the beef for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a gas grill until it reaches around 300-350 degrees. Grill the meat until both sides turn slightly brown. Slice the beef and serve atop the glass noodles and vegetables.
