Links are in the limelight this summer and chef Tim Wiechmann is putting a European twist on the trend with Sausage Week at Bronwyn. From Tuesday, June 9th through Sunday, June 14th, Wiechmann will be offering a daily-changing sausage special from the Central or Eastern European culinary tradition. The wursts will cost $19 each and come with potatoes, sauerkraut and haus mustard. Surely, that calls for a tankard of beer and beverage specials (including wine) will change daily.
