On Tuesday, May 5th, Legal Harborside will host Aaron Miller of PlumpJack Winery for a five-wine dinner. PlumpJack takes its name from Shakespeare’s John “PlumpJack” Falstaff and the Napa Valley vintages are sure to put you in good humor. The appropriately full-bodied, approachable pours will be paired with five courses of luxurious dishes from chef Rich Vellante, like lobster gnocchi and braised beef cheek.
