Enjoy a glass with a gorilla at Franklin Park Zoo’s second annual wine tasting experience, Uncorked. On Saturday, May 30th, you can leave behind the city and explore the zoo’s Tropical Forest Pavilion, home to pygmy hippos, ring-tailed lemurs, western lowlands gorillas and more. Get acquainted with the exotic creatures (from afar, of course) over a pour from vendors like The Naked Grape, Barton & Guestier and Spiked Seltzer. Local folks like Taza Chocolate, Cabot and Steel & Rye will provide the bites. The 21+ plus event runs from 5:00-7:30. Tickets cost $45 each and proceeds benefit the Franklin Park Zoo’s operation, education and conservation initiatives.
