Belly Wine Bar and The Blue Room are bringing you more of that wine you love to drink but hate to spell with their 4th Annual Txakoli Fest. The Kendall Square sister restaurants will be transforming their shared patio for a sparkling night of Spanish wining and dining on Thursday, May 21st. The bar team has chosen five delicious varietals, served in the traditional glass porron, and a funky Basque Country cider. The kitchen, meanwhile, has a feast prepared of pig, squid, grilled sardines, charred green onions with romesco and other specialties from the wood-burning grill.
