Foundry on Elm welcomes beer-lovers with a weekly dinner series on Thursday evenings. Chef Shayne Nunes and Beer Czar Geoff Thompson will collaborate on a two-course prix fixe with pairings based on Thompson’s brewery choice of the week. Beer novices and aficionados can fall in love with a new brewery (from near or far) or revisit an old favorite – Harpoon, Smuttynose and Allagash are on the docket for spring.
