Dinner in Bloom

On Tuesday, May 12th, chef-author April Bloomfield comes to Townsman for a collaborative dinner and cookbook signing. The chef behind NY restaurants like The Spotted Pig and The Breslin will join chef Matt Jennings to serve up a special four-course menu based off of recipes from her newest cookbook, A Girl and Her Greens. Guests can expect to see veggies in their best light with dishes like chilled rhubarb consommé and swiss chard cannelloni. The book will be available for purchase and Bloomfield will be signing copies. The evening begins at 6:30pm with passed hors d’oeuvres and costs $115 per person.
