Coppersmith Comes to Chef’s Studio

Tavern Road’s Chef’s Studio series returns with chef Chris Henry of the imminently opening Coppersmith. On Monday, May 11th, you’ll get a taste of what the chef’s been up to since his time at South End Buttery and Drink with a four-course menu of dishes like fried green tomatoes and smoked heritage pork loin. As executive chef at Coppersmith, which will call the South End home, Henry shows off his culinary chops at the restaurant dining room, the grab-and-go café, the indoor food trucks and the roof deck patio. Chef’s Studio runs from 7:00-10:00pm and tickets are going fast at $55 each. Check out the menu below and snag your seat online here.
