Clink’s Spring Cocktail Dinner

Toast to the changing seasons at Clink’s Spring Cocktail Dinner on Wednesday, April 8th. Chef Bradford Rainville will be creating a four-course menu to accompany the creations of Beverage Director Juan Carlos Perez, who’ll be highlighting four fresh concoctions from his new seasonal drink list. The evening gets underway at 6:30pm with canapés, followed by a sit-down dinner featuring courses like burrata with spring greens, radishes and lemon agrodolce; and Atlantic cod with warm seven-grain salad, nori, lime leaf and jalapeño nage. Rainville and Perez will expound on each of the evening’s pairings so you’ll feel sated in mind, body and spirit(s). Tickets, $85 each or $158 for a pair, are available online through Gilt City.
