Great Grapes at Meritage

Wine is the word at Meritage. After three months of renovations, the restaurant re-opens on Tuesday, April 21st with an expanded menu and updated space. Chef Daniel Bruce has added a vineyard-to-table menu concept that showcases winemakers from around the world and the fruits (or, more specifically, grapes) of their labor. With a wine aperitif, tableside olive oil from rotating featured vineyards and dish pairings built right into the menu, it’s all about the grapes. Advanced sommelier Nicholas Daddona heads up the wine program with an eye towards both oenophiles and wine beginners, so there’s something for everyone. Even the restaurant design features a wine-y color palate and the addition of two private dining rooms called Napa and Sonoma. To check out the new digs and dive into a glass of something good, call Meritage at 617.439.3995 and make a reservation.
