80 Thoreau Turns 4

The folks at 80 Thoreau are putting on their party hats for a little shindig in honor of their fourth birthday. On Tuesday, April 21st, chef Carolyn Johnson and her cohorts will be running a special four-course menu paired with some of their favorite wines. They’ll still be offering their regular menu as well as their bar menu but the birthday dinner includes celebratory spring dishes like asparagus with poached egg, guanciale and chervil, and grilled lamb with crisp sweetbreads, peas, and ricotta crepe. And there’s cake. Dinner costs $65 per person plus another $40 for wine pairings. Have a look at the menu below then call to book a table and help ‘em blow out some candles.
