Carbo-Load on Marathon Monday Brunch

Marathoners can make a weekend of it at Beacon Hill Bistro, where chef Lucas Sousa will be offering an array carb-laden dishes from Friday, April 17th through Sunday, April 19th. You don’t have to be lacing up your sneaks to partake of a la carte specials like tagliatelle with wild mushrooms or black pepper cavatelli with braised chicken and roasted zucchini pesto. The dishes will be available as either appetizers or entrees, in addition to the regular menu. On the day of the race itself, Sousa and company will be serving breakfast bright and early (from 7:00-10:00am) and brunch (from 10:00am-2:00pm) for those who are looking for a respite from all the excitement.
