Bolognese for the Big Race

In honor of the Boston Marathon, chef Robert Sisca is running a duck Bolognese special from Friday, April 17th through Monday, April 20th. Combining carbs (in the form of house-made garganelli pasta) and protein (in the form of ground duck and spicy pork sausage), the savory special will help runners fuel up for the big day and satisfy pasta lovers’ every craving. The special is available during dinner service only, so book a table at Bistro du Midi to toast to the runners and wish them bonne chance over a plate of Bolognese.
