A Taste of Tennessee

Head to The Sinclair on Wednesday, March 4th to whet your appetite (and wet your whistle) with a George Dickel Whisky Dinner. Executive chef Keenan Langlois has teamed up with drink expert Bill Codman for a four-course prix fixe menu of southern flavors, like chicken fried foie gras and coconut soufflé, to pair with the Tennessee whiskies. The evening begins at 7:00pm with a cocktail by bar manager Lindsay Whalen and includes tastes of the 8-year, 12-year, rye and barrel select George Dickel varieties.
