Chef Ming Tsai has a treat to brighten up the beginning of the workweek: a tasty three-course prix fixe for only $39. On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights diners at Blue Ginger will be invited to make their own meal, choosing, apps, entrees and desserts from an array of dishes accented with Tsai’s trademark touches like wok-stirred mussels with fermented black bean broth and tamarind glazed chicken breast with Thai fried rice.
