Napa Valley’s Finest Comes to Wellesley

Blue Ginger is showcasing some of the best Napa Valley wines on the market during a six-course wine dinner on Tuesday, March 3rd. Chef Ming Tsai and Jonathan Taylor have crafted a worldly menu full of their signature playful fusion (think: wasabi Maine crab parfait with yuzu custard, and duck and shiitake enchiladas with a dried cherry mole) to pair with wines from Provenance Vineyards. Guests will also be able to cap off their meal with a cheese tasting from Wasik’s cheese shop in Wellesley. Tickets are $125 each and reservations are required.
