VT Eats in Lexington

Vermont is for food-lovers and you can get a taste of our Northern neighbor’s great flavors at Artistry on the Green on Wednesday, March 25th. The restaurant will be hosting a Relais & Chateaux Visiting Chef Dinner Series in honor of their initiation into the global fellowship of luxury hotels and restaurants and Vermont chef Nathan Rich is first on the roster. Rich was named a Relais & Chateaux Rising Chef in 2012 and currently mans the kitchen as executive chef at Twin Farms in Barnard, VT. His four-course prix fixe menu will include local flavors like a spiced cherry sphere with Vermont cider foam and sumac-dusted venison loin. The evening begins with a reception at 6:30pm and the meal starts at 7:00pm.
