Jack’s Abby at Post 390

Post 390 plays host with a Jack’s Abby Brewing dinner on Wednesday, March 25th. The Framingham-based brewery started by the Hendler brothers specializes in lagers made with local ingredients, brewed according to traditional German standards. You’ll be able to sample their portfolio alongside chef Eric Brennan’s standout cuisine with the four-course prix fixe menu. Dishes like crispy prosciutto and Taza chocolate mousse are good matches for the brews and Brennan even works in a fifth beer with his Mass Rising-marinated venison. Brew masters Ben Warner and Sam Hendler will walk you through their suds selections and answer any questions. The dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $55 per person.
