Blend, Sip, Clink, Repeat

Clink combines the best of food and drink with their blended wine dinner deal on Wednesday, March 25th. The night starts at 6:30pm with a reception featuring passed canapes from chef Bradford Rainville’s kitchen followed by even more culinary creativity with a four-course prix fixe dinner, including dishes like morbier with charred carrots and nutmeg toast, and braised brisket with fermented onions and espresso. A guest winemaker, and wine blending master, will provide tasting notes and pours for the accompanying wines, which are constructed to showcase the top qualities of each grape. The cost of the evening is $85 per person or discounted at $158 per couple. Tickets are available via Gilt City until sold out or Monday, March 16th.
