The Beef is at La Brasa

Answering the age old question (the 80s were a long time ago now), “Where’s the Beef?,” chef Daniel Bojorquez declares that it is, in fact, at La Brasa. On Wednesday, March 25th Bojorquez and company continue their school night series of themed menus with a beef-centric, four-course prix fixe for two. The menu includes meaty favorites like steak tartare alongside some inventive creations like bone marrow panna cotta, all for $58 per couple.
