Head to the Museum of Fine Arts on Monday, March 23rd for A Taste of Ginger, a diabetes research fundraiser that features delicious eats from local chefs. From 6:30-9:30pm you can indulge in a cultural and culinary experience, including bites from restaurants like Japanese Brasserie, Empire Garden Restaurant, Casa B, Harvard Sweet Boutique, MEM Tea Imports, Cafenation and chefs like Joanne Chang of Myers + Chang, Jose Duarte of Taranta and Jasper White of Summer Shack. Tickets for the event are $250 each and proceeds benefit the Asian American Diabetes Initiative at the Joslin Diabetes Center, which is dedicated to studying the high incidence of diabetes in the Asian American population.
