With prime real estate in South Boston, Moonshine 152 will of course be serving up St. Pat’s specials for the greenest day of the year. On Sunday, March 15th, the day of Southie’s big Irish parade, the restaurant will be open sans cover charge from 10:00am-7:00pm with a standing-room-only menu including bratwurst and sauerkraut hoagies, short rib tacos, corned beef sandwiches and French fries. The bar will be in full swing and stocked with green Jello shots in honor of the holiday. Hours will return to normal after Sunday and on Tuesday, March 17th, chef Asia Mei will be cooking up a special of corned beef with bright green chive mashed potatoes for a sit-down St. Paddy’s meal.
