Dig In to Pig Week

Pick up your forks for pork at Tavern Road’s seven-day Pig Week, running through Saturday, March 7th. Chef Louis DiBiccari competed at Cochon 555’s all-out pork-a-palooza last week and continues the fun into March with a pig-dedicated menu at the Boston restaurant he owns with brother Michael DiBiccari. For a full week, you can dine on a three-course other-white-meat feast, featuring dishes like pork liver pate, roasted rib back and chocolate blood pudding.
