Jean Trimbach at the Bancroft

The Bancroft invites you to an elegant evening of food and wine with vintner Jean Trimbach on Tuesday, February 3rd. Trimbach, of the esteemed Trimbach Estate founded in 1626, will share stories of the great winery’s history, as well as tastes of their famed Alsace wines. Chef Mario Capone will prepare decadent dishes to accompany the pours, including hot-roasted foie gras and braised veal osso buco.
