Spring or six more weeks of winter? You get to choose with Zephyr on the CharlesGroundhog Day dinner on Monday, February 2nd. Chef Robert Daugherty and sous chef Ryan Ward have crafted two seasonal prix fixe menus to celebrate the forecasting critter with New England’s best flavors. Choose the winter menu for three courses of belly-warming dishes, like apple turnip bisque with brandy crème fraiche. Or choose the spring menu for a taste of things to come with dishes like English pea risotto or Colorado lamb sirloin. The menus are available from 5:00-10:00pm and cost $38 per person.
