Winter Wine-ing

Fairsted Kitchen has your cold weather cure with their five-course wine dinner on Tuesday, February 17th. The restaurant pairs up with Mucci Imports for their second wine dinner in as many days (here’s the info for the first one) to explore wines from Negro Lorenzo vineyard in Italy. The certified sustainable winemakers offer red and whites ripe to be paired with chef Jason Albus’ special prix fixe menu. You can dive in to hearty dishes like papardelle Bolognese and carnaroli risotto and wash it down with pours from the family-owned winery. Dinner begins at 8:00pm and costs $95 per person.
