A Scotchy Scotch Dinner

Eastern Standard takes a trip even farther east with a Scottish supper on Tuesday, February 17th. Chef Matt Garland pays his respects to the land of a haggis with a four-course prix fixe menu (including his own take on the savory pudding) while bar manager Naomi Levy provides paired pours of one of the country’s best exports, Scotch. The sipping begins with a welcome punch followed by tastes of some unique Scotches (like the 1985 Bowmore), and wraps up with an Atholl Brose Milk Punch.
