Sips of the Southern Hemisphere

Sick of snow? Enjoy an evening south of the equator with the next installment of Beacon Hill Bistro’s Wine & Dine series on Wednesday, February 11th. The restaurant’s own Cecilia Rait and Tracy Burgis of wine distributor M.S. Walker will host the dinner, introducing guests to grapes from regions currently in their summer season, like Australia, New Zealand, Chile and South Africa. Inspired by the wines, chef Lucas Sousa has crafted a prix fixe menu that reflects the flavors of the Southern Hemisphere countries.
