Gourmet at the Gilsons’

Tune into Top Chef Boston with a couple of top chefs at The Herb Lyceum’s viewing party on Wednesday, January 7th. The Groton farm/restaurant makes an appearance in the upcoming Julia Child-themed episode and owner David Gilson has teamed up with his son Will Gilson, of Puritan & Company, for a celebratory dinner. The evening will pay homage to Child with dishes like salad nicoise, coq au vin and tart tartin.
