Go Low Country at Bergamot

Celebrate the best of the Carolinas right in Somerville on Wednesday, January 14th at Bergamot’s late-night Whole Hog Pop-Up party. Starting at 10:00pm, chef Keith Pooler will be going Low Country with a menu of hush puppies, cheddar grits, roasted peanuts and Frogmore Stew (that’s a shrimp boil for the uninitiated). There will also be a whole, roasted pig as well as Carolina-inspired cocktails and beers to wash it all down. The whole evening will be accompanied by banjo and guitar music courtesy of Greg Klyma.
