BBQ to Begin the Week

Because you can’t spell summer without B-B-Q (technically, you can, but why would you want to?), Tryst introduces T’s Arlington BBQ series. Chef-owner Paul Turano cuts loose with this lineup of grilled and fried warm weather goodies. Highlights from the a la carte menu include a steak tostada with corn and bacon relish and mojo crema; coffee and bourbon-glazed baby back ribs with griddled jalapeno cornbread; and a strawberry shortcake sundae for dessert.
