Purists can indulge their craving for unadorned, freshly shucked oysters anytime just about anywhere ‘round these parts but Kirkland Tap & Trotter ups the ante (and the heat) at their Grilled Oyster Wednesdays. Every week chef-owner Tony Maws and his team put their heads together and come up with some creative accoutrement to accompany local varieties of the briny bivalve – for just $2 a pop.
