BBQ Like a Spaniard

Chase away the back-to-work (or back-to-school) blues with a Spanish BBQ at Journeyman. On Thursday, September 4th, chefs Tse Wei Lim and Diana Kudajarova celebrate fall’s unofficial arrival with a five-course, family-style meal that promises to be “adventurous, wine-soaked and meat-centric”. They’re still working on the menu but rumor has it there’ll be roasted boar, blood sausage and calçots (the Catalan scallion around which entire onion-eating festivals are orchestrated). John Kimball of European Cellars will be picking an array of rich and round Spanish wines to complement their creations. The dinner is priced at $90 per person and you can reserve a seat at any of the three seatings (6:30, 7:00, and 7:30pm) by calling 617.718.2333, or dropping an email to Bradford@journeymanrestaurant.com. You could use a little something to look forward to as that three-day-weekend glow (and your tan) starts to fade.
