Catch a Napa Cab at L’Espalier

L’Espalier is taking an evening to appreciate Napa’s number one export, Cabernet Sauvignon. On Thursday, September 25th, Chef Frank McClelland rolls out a four-plus course meal wherein guests will taste two distinct cabs per course. It’s a great opportunity to explore the vast diversity within this specific category of wine. And with dishes like bluefin tuna with braised pork jowl, clams and roasted eggplant, and roasted rack of lamb with merguez sausage, harissa jam and fermented carrot jus this night promises to deliver on all levels.
