Tomato Tribute Menu

As summer comes to a close, so goes the bounty of the garden, including the glorious and versatile tomato, so make your way down to T.W. Food and get in one last hurrah before they’re gone. On Wednesday, September 10th and Thursday, September 11th chef Tim Wiechmann will be rolling out a cornucopia of peak season heirloom tomatoes in all shapes, sizes and colors over six delicious courses. From farm fresh Burgundies to Sweet Cherries and Cherokees, there will most likely be a tomato on the menu that you’ve never tasted.
