Brandywine Bash at Apple Street Farms

L’Espalier has another excursions to Apple Street Farm – this one, tomato-themed – scheduled for Friday, August 8th and Saturday, August 9th. Sign up for the field trip to the Essex farm and sit down to a five-course menu using Brandywine tomatoes plucked from the farm’s very own fields. Chef Matt Delisle’s dishes include Block Island swordfish with littleneck clams and pork belly in a lovage, sumac and Brandywine broth as well as wood-grilled BBQ Apple Street Farm pork with grilled smoked Brandywine tomatoes, shishito peppers, and a pulled pork “fresh dug” potato cake. The event begins at 5:30pm with dinner served at 6:30pm at the outdoor table (or under a tent if it’s raining). The meal costs $185 per person including tax and gratuity.
