The versatility of today’s craft beers means they can be as food-friendly as any wine, providing a perfect complement to your meal. With this in mind, Tomasso Trattoria in Southborough partnered with Jack’s Abby Brewery for a special beer dinner on Thursday, July 17th at 7:00pm. Chef Bill Bradley worked with Jack, Eric and Sam Hendler (the three brother team behind Jack’s Abby) to design a menu that pairs perfectly with their award winning lagers. The brothers will also be on site to explain their beers and the processes behind their creation. Highlights of the meal include roasted Wellfleet clams with Jabby Brau Session Lager and braised pork belly paired with the Mass Rising Double IPL.
